A Little About Me!

Hello, I'm so happy you landed here!

My name is Cynthia, founder and creator behind Heal With Cyn.  

For as long as I can remember, I recall having a curiosity about life and existence, at a very deep soul level.  I know that sounds strange, but it's very much a part of me.  

I'm a first-generation Canadian.  My parents immigrated here from Chile, and worked hard, to provide for us.  No doubt, there have been struggles, challenges and traumas experienced growing up.  

In my late teens, meditation became a regular practice for me when a guide/teacher came along my path.  That was really the start of my awakening.

Throughout the years, my curiosity and intuition has lead me to different modalities and eventually learning and earning certifications in breathwork, reiki energy healing, life coaching, yoga teaching and guided meditation, but I feel the most profound experience has been from navigating and growing through my own personal traumas and experiences.  

Becoming a mother has been one of my most profound awakenings, where I finally opened my eyes to see how incredibly powerful and intuitive I am, especially as a woman.  It has led me to step further and deeper into my healing, truth and worth.  

All of this has led me to finding my soul work of holding space for others in support of their own personal healing.  Thank you for being part of my healing journey and purpose, I hope to be able to reciprocate and reflect it back to you.
